About gehrtylicious

In 2019, I began my knitting journey. What started as a creative hobby quickly grew into a deep appreciation for textiles, fibers, and the stories they carry.

In 2025, I found my dream profession: organic farming. Suddenly, my two passions came together and gehrtylicious was born.

gehrtylicious is my way of combining a love for natural fibers and craftsmanship with regenerative, organic agriculture. It’s about living and creating deliciously. The name blends my own (Sif Gehrt Petersen) with that sense of joyful abundance.

Dreams for the future

In the summer of 2027, I will officially complete my education as a Global Organic Farmer.

After that, I aspire to invest in a bit of land in the country i was born and raised in, Denmark. Here I hope to establish a small-scale farm rooted in organic principles and respect for nature. This farm will focus on producing high-quality wool, handmade knitwear, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Grown with care, intention, and sustainability at heart.

gehrtylicious, to me, is more than just a project.
